Shirovasti is a very special bathing treatment for the head. In this treatment a long cap open at the top is fitted around the patients head. Some precious lukewarm herbal oils are poured into the cap for 30 to 45 minutes per day, for a period 5 to 7 days.
Shirovasti is specially recommended for case of nerve origin or affecting mucous tissues.
