Ayurveda considers skin as a true reflector of internal conditions of the body. This treatment program is for 120 to 150 minutes per day for 21 to 28 days.
This program includes exclusively prepared internal herbal medicines, thakradhara, sarvangadhara,
abhyangam, snehapanam, virechan, nasya, pizhichil, kashayavasti, lepanam, tharpanam, shirovasti, snehavasti, medicated steam bath.
Very special ayurvedic diet is practiced during and after the treatments. Morning and afternoon treatments are given for better results.
