methods of massage given to help, purify, rejuvenate and strengthen the
body.

elimination are impaired when basic forces inside us are thrown out of
balance by stress, inappropriate diet or lifestyle etc.

- Each group will have about 8 to 12 Students.
- We provide oils and other items for the entire training.

- 21 Days Accommodation
- 21 days Vegetarian Meals with 4 Fresh Fruit Juices
- Transport to and from the Airport (Dabolim, Goa)
- Sight-seeing in Goa once in a week

General Information
- The destination airport in Goa is Dabolim International Airport.
- The driving distance from the Airport to the centre is approx. 60 min.
- The driver will be on the specified date and time (day/ night) for the pickup, with the flag card of Ayurma, displaying the first name with surname.
